"We ordered a snack-wich and a sandwich from Milio's Sandwiches for pickup. The snack-wich came with a drink and a cookie, but both sandwiches were incorrect in different ways. One was missing items that are automatically included, while the other had an unusual combination of two substitutions and was also missing some standard ingredients. It wasn’t due to a lack of ingredients, as each sandwich had items the other was supposed to have. They also forgot the drink, instead giving us a cup to fill ourselves, but their drink dispenser didn’t have the correct beverages matching the labels. The only thing that was right was the cookie, which was unfortunately as hard as a rock. I hope Milio's Sandwiches reviews their menu to improve order accuracy."
