"Visited on Jan 2. Greeted indifferently by waiter who grunted us toward a table (no welcome/hello). While waiting for our drinks and to place our order, the waiter was observed using a gray rag from a bucket of dirty water located near the cash register. He wiped down a table and then without washing hands presented tea cups to our table with his hand over the rims of the cups and rushed away still not taking our order. We'd seen enough and I paid for the tea although I shouldn't have. Appetite--and customers--lost. Went to Godaiko. "I ordered food from here on Grubhub, it was highly rated (4.5). Delivery was projected to be here by 8:05, it showed up an hour later, after I had already cancelled the order. What annoyed me, cause I get things can be late, was they don’t answer their phone so there was no way to check your food. Very Unprofessional. Honestly if they had just picked up their phone I might’ve enjoyed a delicious meal. I was so looking forward to it. Not recommended"
