"Disappointing customer service. I am a Jason 's Deli Rewards member, and was shocked at the poor customer service at the Knoxville location. At other locations, if the main ordering line has many guests, the to go register asks if anyone is ordering just a salad bar. This helps get customers through quicker, and I understand why this register doesn 't take more complicated food orders. Salad bar only. With a very slow moving line today, I approached the to go register and asked if I could order a salad bar and water there. The young lady seemed upset that I disturbed her (I had witnessed here goofing off and having a good time for the last 3 to 5 minutes, as no to go orders came through while I was in line), and said No you have to order in that line. I tried to politely tell here that other locations do as described above, and she quickly cut me off saying you have to order over there . Right after that, she returned to her very important goofing off. I told her to have a nice day and left the restaurant. I won 't visit the Knoxville location again, which is a shame because I enjoy their food while out of town. Sad that such a great restaurant chain has to hire such disappointing employees."
