"We stopped by to grab some subs to take home. When I went inside, I noticed a line and saw that only one person was making the subs, indicating they were short-staffed. The manager came out from the kitchen to assist and informed everyone about the staffing issues, offering refunds to anyone who couldn't wait. The man making the subs worked efficiently, and despite the number of people in line, it moved relatively quickly. Our subs turned out perfectly, just as we wanted. I want to express my gratitude to the staff for their outstanding work. It's important to remember that many restaurants are facing staffing challenges through no fault of their own, so please be kind and patient!"
