"I won’t be coming back here. The staff were unfriendly and the whole experience felt off. I ordered two breakfast tacos, both "super" versions, and confirmed this multiple times. When the bill came, they added a 2% charge for credit card use, which felt strange since most people don’t pay with cash nowadays, especially in San Francisco. When my wife and I opened our tacos to eat outside, hers was just plain eggs and beans—not the super with cheese, avocado, and cream like I ordered. I asked her to go back inside to see if they could fix it, but she came out saying they refused. I returned inside and politely explained the mix-up, asking if they could add the missing items. The staff claimed I hadn’t ordered a super taco despite reconfirming several times, and said it would cost an extra $3.50 to fix it. I decided it wasn’t worth the trouble and left. We did pay the full price for two super tacos, so this shouldn’t have been an issue. Overall, the customer service was terrible."
