"I had a truly awful experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor, and at one point, the manager even hung up on me during our conversation. This is the third time they’ve gotten our order wrong, yet they still charged us for the more expensive items we never received. Instead, we were given the cheaper items but still billed for the pricier ones. They didn’t offer to replace the wrong orders or make any effort to resolve the situation. It’s clear that this location struggles with basic comprehension and lacks common sense. They clearly shouldn’t be in a service-oriented business that requires interacting with customers and managing orders effectively. This is by far the worst experience we've had, and I honestly hope this location shuts down. They really need to reevaluate their staff and practices."
