"The venue was quite nice, and our large group of about 18 people fit comfortably. However, when we went to collect and put on our shoes, the woman at the desk was extremely rude. She even refused to let one of our group members use a 9-pound ball. Throughout the evening, her demeanor was unwelcoming, making us feel like we weren't wanted there. I usually try not to judge others harshly, but I really couldn't stand the way the woman treated us."
