"Our wonderful experience started as soon as we arrived at the door. The hostess was fantastic and made us feel truly welcomed. The service throughout our visit was excellent, thanks to Cassandra, who did an outstanding job. When our appetizer arrived, we were blown away— the shrimp was tender and bursting with flavor. The main course was cooked to perfection as well. A big shoutout to the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness. Overall, it was a peaceful and delightful dining experience."

"I would give this place zero stars if I could. We came here for my daughter's birthday dinner and ended up waiting over two hours for our food. They promised three times that they would bring her a birthday surprise, but it never arrived. I had to ask for a manager just to get a drink refill. When the food finally came, it was cold. Looking around, I noticed we weren't the only ones having a bad experience; several tables left, and not a single one was being served food. Unless you enjoy waiting over two hours for cold, unappetizing food and terrible service, I do not recommend this restaurant."

"(Party of 4 The restaurant was clean, and updated, but Horrible service. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress. (There were 22 people in the whole place. Cass K sat us and told us the other server would be with us soon. The other server saw us, and dideverything BUTcome to our table. After being ignored, I went to the bar asked if there was a waitress or server that could waiton us. A young man in a flat billed hat told me I mean, I only got two servers so someone will be with you. This was beforethe MNF game. The young man helped carry a few orders out. We finally ordered, and oir food came. A salad was forgotten, wehad to ask for condiments, and fresh beers. Cass was trying, but it was obvious she was overwhelmed. The other server 100% hadher own agenda. I travel the country and frequent these establishments....... 2nd worst one I 've ever been to. If you want awing and the game, save your time, go to BWW."

"I ordered a beer at our table and waited patiently for 15 minutes without receiving it. When the bar became available, I approached the bartender and politely mentioned that we had ordered beers earlier and asked if we could get them at the bar. However, she replied that it wasn't in the system yet and we would just have to wait. Her response came off as rude. We decided to leave, and when she noticed, she asked if we were leaving. I explained that we were because of her rudeness and the fact that our beers still weren’t in the system after 15 minutes, despite there being only about 20 people in the place. This was my first and last experience at Hooters. Afterwards, we went to Twin Peaks, where the waitress was incredibly nice and sweet; it was a world of difference."

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I had the fish and chips. The fries were less than average, the tar tar sauce was disgusting, the fish was alright until I found a long black hair baked into it. The shrimp my son ordered was gross. The fried pickles were good. Also my son ordered a gallon of sweet tea that looked and tasted like they filled a milk jug that had curdled milk in it with rusty water put a pinch of sugar and a drop of lemon in it was nasty. Not to mention the portions are very small. My son spent $140.00 on very low grade skimpy portioned food. Never again this place is terrible"

"I visited Hooters in Council Bluffs, IA on Friday, 8/5/22 for dinner and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Victoria, a bartender and server at this location. I was incredibly impressed—not only by how stunning she is but even more so by her exceptional skills, kindness, and intelligence. In all my travels across the US and other countries, Victoria is by far the most beautiful and talented bartender/server I’ve encountered. She was incredibly busy yet managed to multitask better than anyone I’ve seen before. Meeting her and having her serve me was an honor and a true pleasure. Thanks to Victoria, I’ll be returning to this Hooters every time I’m in Council Bluffs! This was actually my second visit to Hooters in Council Bluffs this week. I was in town for a poker tournament, staying five nights, and ended up dining here four times. The bartenders and servers, especially Victoria and Natalie, provided top-notch service—friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was excellent as well; I tried the bacon burgers and tater tots, and both were cooked to perfection. Kudos to the management, chefs, and especially to Victoria and Natalie for making my visits memorable. If you’re passing through Council Bluffs, I highly recommend stopping at Hooters to enjoy their fantastic menu and experience the outstanding service from Victoria and Natalie. "We were seated immediately, but after about five minutes, another table was seated next to us. A few minutes later, the hostess approached them to check if they had been helped, and they replied that they hadn't. Shortly after, a waitress came to take their drink order, and they received their drinks soon after. Meanwhile, my family and I were still waiting for any acknowledgment, even though we had been seated first."
