"We've been to Carterque at least a dozen times ever since they opened years ago, so it's plenty good enough for several visits a year. The meats are consistently good. This time I got the stuffed grilled cheese and it was a great combination of crisp, grilled bread, gooey mac and cheese and hearty pork. Add a few drops of BBQ sauce and it hit the spot. The one negative that compelled me to do a review this time is I think the cole slaw was food service grade, just like you'd get in a plastic tub at the grocery store. I think the slaw used to be house made and way better. Please return to fresh slaw! 4/5 ain't bad."

"Me, plus 6 family members had the mother's day Brunch on the 8th. May. Everthing was delicious!!! From the salad bar, breakfast food, lunches, carbohydrate sides, vegetable sides, waffle/oclete stations, huge dessert table, we found everything to be very tasty. Definitely return next year!!! Our waitress was the best!!!"
