"I had a terrible experience! The cashier at the front, who wore glasses, took a long time to take everyone's orders before finally getting to mine. I just ordered a simple smoothie, which she could have easily made while chatting with her regular customers. Her rude attitude was unacceptable. She claimed to be the only one working, but that doesn’t justify making me wait so long while she conversed with her usual patrons."
