"We unknowingly dined out on Sweetest Day and the restaurant was packed! Fortunately we had reservations and we seated on time. While masks were required indoors this policy is loosely followed which could be seen immediately at the host stand.....the hostess opted for a mess mask. Management, do better to ensure the safety of your staff and guests!! We received water after bar drinks, very slow service. I ordered the 18oz bonein ribeye med-rare......big mistake! The steak came out medium at best and was extremely dry and tough. I was brought another ribeye after my husband had finished eating that seemed to have been microwaved or sat under the heat lamp for far too long as the steak itself was almost to hot to heat. The meat unevenly cooked, certainly not med-rare and again dry.....one of the worst steaks I've eaten. We will go back but certainly not in a hurry."
