"I try all the best bbq I can find in every locale I visit. I asked several people and even used yelp reviews to find BBQ Craft. The menu looks impressive but the reality is the food is mediocre at best. I ordered the 3 meat combo. Pulled pork was dry, it was either reheated incorrectly or trimmed out too much not leaving any fat to keep the pork moist. The ribs had some age on them, flavor was ok but again, too dry. The brisket was actually better than average but there were only two very small pieces. My dinner guest ordered the Carolina style pulled pork and again, too dry. This is an expensive restaurant for serving mediocre BBQ."
