"My go-to BBQ place has always been SMOQUE on Pulaski, but I wanted to see if there were other places in town worth trying.. Most of the places such as Barn/Co, Wriggleyville BBQ, Smokin Woody's were misses, and Bub City.. its too loud for my taste Q is a great place for that reason! The people serving/cooking your food understand what food should taste like, and they will help you pair the right sauces with the right meats. HIGHLY recommend the chicken wings, Brisket (sliced), and/or the ribs... dont forget the mac/cheese and a side of slaw!"
