"Our bartender/server was terrific. The food was very good. However, very surprised and upset by a sauce charge which was not disclosed. I ordered a Reubens sandwich and was charged an additional .75 for sauce though description made it appear choice of sauce was included. Likewise with onion rings. Man up and show the price so I can make call. Don't put your bartender in the middle. Do you really want to lose a customer over 1.50? Maybe that is your end game. I will choose not to play."

"Staff felt dismissive but did perk up some toward the end of the evening. The food was just not good in my opinion. The meat was dry, some of the fries crumbled like chips and others were tough. I ordered dessert hoping it would be better but the brownie was wet on the inside and not like a nice fudgey brownie but like batter. The ice cream was ok. My husband liked his meal and offered to finish mine but also found it too gross to finish. I was hoping to have some mixed drinks but that's on me because it's a beer hall so they didn't have any. I should have thought of that or checked the menu before hand. They do have bricco riella moscato d'asti so that's a plus in my opinion. The overall vibe and atmosphere didn't feel inviting or fun to me but I will say plenty of others seemed to be enjoying themselves. Just because it wasn't for me doesn't mean it may not be for you. I'd suggest still trying it out."
