"First of all let me just say that l understand the employee shortage issues and know that a lot of fast food restaurants are struggling. But l go to this Hardee's restaurant fairly often, and every time I go back, l'm hoping it will be a better experience. I always get the same thing for breakfast... a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. After you order and you're driven to the window, there's a picture on the wall of what the sandwich looks like. But when you get the actual sandwich it looks nothing like the picture. The sandwich is just thrown together with no care in the world. Not to mention; there is barely any egg on the sandwich. I have to ask for double eggs just to get my full servings of egg.l got so disgusted one time that l decided to go to a different restaurant. But it didn't taste as good as Hardee's, so l came back. But you guys have to do better. Please make the sandwiches as though you're making it for yourselves. I understand it takes time, but most people don't mind waiting for a quality hot product that they are spending money for. Now let's talk about the building... l have never seen a Hardee's refurbished. Never! They have the same old drab look they had back in the 90s. The McDonald's across the street was just refurbished; which is something they do fairly often. But Hardee's; Never! I continue going there because l like the food; but y'all have to do better! Ever notice how long the lines are at McDonald's compared to Hardee's? Hmmm..."
