"I've ordered and eaten here a handful of times and each time is just progressively worse which tracks with the steady reduction in star rating over the last 3-4yrs. This most recent time, I ordered pickup and my order took over an hour to be ready (approximately 30mims past the time promised). There I sat swatting flies in a hot diner with no A/C while my ice cream melted in the car. The staff intentionally ignore any remarks regarding the status of your order and refuse to make anything right. To boot, the food is lackluster at best. It's what you'd expect for Pho at the prices they list, but it's certainly not worth an hour wait. I have given this place so many chances, but I'm finally done. Here's hoping they close and something better takes the very valuable real estate."
