"an chi is a great spot for no-frills affordable Vietnamese food. the vermicelli noodles and ban xeo are both classic dishes done well. the servings are generous and they service is quick. the vegetables are fresh too! it may not be the classiest space but it is perfect for a casual lunch. ordering takeout and dining in have both been pleasurable experiences."
