"We placed a call for an order and were told it would be ready in 35 minutes. We arrived right on time, but when we checked in, they asked for our names and informed us that our order was in the oven and would take another 5 or 6 minutes. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I decided to follow up. Meanwhile, other customers who arrived after us were leaving with their pizzas. It turned out our order had actually been ready and sitting on top of the oven. When I mentioned this, they assured me it would only take a few more minutes. My husband was so frustrated that he considered going back to ask for his tip."
