"Charles Fast Foods used a taco bar for a big family meeting in June 2021. Everyone was blown away by the taste and authenticity of the food, especially the Asada and al Pastor Tacos with their wonderful Salsas. The homemade chips and guacamole were a big hit and a must add. All were overcrowded and we had many leftovers. The server was punctual, friendly and efficient and got the grill and the food was ready in time. I will not hesitate to use Jose Charles for catering requirements in the future and you should not."

"This restaurant serves food from El Salvador and offers the best Spanish cuisine in Valley Stream. It is very affordable and provides good service. For lunch, I ordered the chicken soup which was filled with plenty of chicken and well prepared. I also got Carnitas tacos on the side, which were delicious and flavorful. The restaurant is family-oriented and has a parking lot located on the side of the building."
