"The eggplant with garlic sauce had a sweetness similar to that of sweet and sour sauce. The eggplant itself was excellent and served hot, although it wasn’t spicy. It also included chunks of bell pepper and onion, which is more common in sweet and sour dishes than I anticipated, but it was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall enjoyment."
