"I've been coming to Brookside Thai for many years. The food is consistently high quality and delicious. I love that they do everything you want to order and that they are vegetarian friendly (and even offer two types of tofu). The reason for the missing star is on the one hand the fruit fly problem. I never died there without a fruit fly in my face. For JAHRE. And... this is small, but worth mentioning... it would be nice to use cloth napkins or at least high-quality papers. The food is too good for her cheap paper napkins. Finally, the ambience needs some work. It's cold in there and WAY too bright. You need better lighting and warmth. The room heaters are a good start, but it is hard to enjoy a romantic evening in this place. Only a few basic upgrades would make a huge 5 star difference!"
