"This is the best vegan pizza I have ever had! Having lived in New York for 18 years, I can say this pizza exceeded my expectations and then some. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic New York-style thin-crust pizza. I particularly enjoyed the white sauce pizza topped with kale, mushrooms, garlic, parmesan cheese, and the best vegan pepperoni I've ever tasted. The white sauce was made from scratch and was incredibly aromatic and creamy with hints of lemon.
Currently, they are in the soft-opening phase and are developing a dedicated vegan menu, which will soon include garlic knots! In the meantime, they can accommodate vegan requests and have a wide variety of unique vegan options available, including garlic cheese and high-quality alternatives to meat.
Overall, the atmosphere was cool and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jay, the owner, personally greeted us and was very approachable, making sure to check in with each customer at their table. It's clear how engaged and passionate he is about his craft and his customers. He truly pays attention to detail and is committed to creating high-quality vegan food."
