"I ordered beef with broccoli and got cold bok choy (all stumps and no leaves) and barely any beef at all. I attempted to call the store to fix the issue but they were extremely rude and refused to fix the order. I asked for the manager and they said the manager wasn't there. They said if I wanted a refund I'd have to call their website... I called and was on hold for 20 min. Food is wrong and cold... Website said store responsible for refund. I will be disputing the food I had to throw away once the charge posts to my bank. I've had the food before and it was good... and came with broccoli with leaves... Really shocked at the service. Won't be going back. Lunch ruined."
