"The original Mr. Subs used to be fantastic. I would never go anywhere else for sandwiches, no matter where I was. However, something has changed in the past year. I have noticed a significant decline in the customer service and food quality at Mr. Subs. Now, I have to specifically ask the staff to make my sandwich properly, as they tend to over-dress it multiple times. By the time I get home (just a five-minute drive away), my sandwich is messy and soggy, with discolored bread and an overwhelming amount of mayo."
