"Idk if this page belongs to the previous owner or the current one but I was there for Mother’s Day with my family. It was quite disappointing. This was not my first time at this restaurant. We’ve been coming here since the original owners opened throughout the changes of all of the new owners. Idk how many times this place has changed but one things for sure. The Hispanic woman who seems to be the person in charge was very unpleasant. I know at one point, in their Bun Bo Hue, there were blood curd cubes. I had asked for them to hold the blood curd cubes and the waiter had no idea what I was talking about. He sent the woman in charge over. She looked totally offended when I was telling her I didn’t want the curd cubes. She said they don’t put the blood curd cubes in their bun bo hue. I said ok. She stared me down and walked away. When our food came up, there was a piece of hair on my son’s rice. I took the plate up to the cashier because she was the only one there at the moment and had asked her to get me new rice. I left the hair there so they can see that I’m not lying. The lady in charge came up to me and said “what wrong now?” I told her there was a strand of black hair on my rice. She said it wasn’t a big deal and they’ll just replace the rice. I told her it was a big deal because it shows they’re not taking sanitary precautions. She just walked away. I ate my noodles which tasted fine. I took a small bite of the chunk of pork in my noodles and it tasted weird so I took it out and put it aside. Before I left the restaurant, I felt uneasy, dizzy, and nauseous. By the time I got home, everything was coming out of both ends. Figured I had food poisoning. So for the rest of my night, I was sick. I’ve never had service this bad from this restaurant before. Never going back."
