"We have ate at charleys a few times, the second time we waited at the restaurant for over an hour for our pizza but they were busy so I was a little understanding, lastnight we ordered delivery and after an hour and a twenty minutes of waiting I called to see where it was to which she said it was on the way, twenty minutes later still no pizza so we called back wanting a refund and not to worry about the pizza to which the woman that answered the phone got nasty and said “it’s on the way, I’m not giving your money back”...... I paid $10 for the delivery, so $40 and almost 2 hours And verrryyyyyy rude customer service, not worth it, will not be going back"
