"Finally had the pleasure of stopping in and meeting JR himself. Restaurant itself is adorable with a comfortable decor. There are several spots for outdoor seating as well.We had several items ranging from pasta to Stromboli and everything was delicious. The garlic bread and soup was a pleasant opener, full of flavor and had us eager for the main course.For entrees we did a meat lover Stromboli. I was amazed at the texture and flavor of the dough. The side of red sauce to dip the meat stuffed roll of deliciousness in was the perfect combination. We then moved onto the mixed seafood pasta. This was the highlight of the evening. Clams, shrimp and mussels swam in a wine and garlic oil sauce that complemented rather than over whelmed the flavor of the seafood.As a third we had the chicken parm. This was flavorful and hit all the right spots for comfort food.Next time we will come back for the pizza and hot sandwiches."

"Nothing great about this place. The Pizza is ordinary. Too little sauce or toppings. Overly priced. Just the name is New York Pizza. I ordered two pizza. Meat combo and Margarita. The Tomato sauce was hard to find. Tomatoes were raw and poorly chopped. No presentation skills. Meat was not much variety... Except only on the ordering menu. It's operated by Afghan owner. I am not against discrimination, but to compete, I didn't notice anything above the crowd. The service was lousy. I asked for crushed pepper ?? the response was we have them on the counter by the side.. you can take from there. I won't recommend. For your money, there are other better choices in Pleasanton downtown for Pizza ? or to meet your appetite."

"I visit this pizza place about 3 to 4 times a week. As an intern at CMU, it’s conveniently located and offers affordable options for delicious pizzas, calzones, and burgers. The owner is really nice and friendly, and he’s always willing to customize orders to meet your preferences. He often provides complimentary soft drinks, which is a nice touch. The large pizza with two non-vegetarian or four vegetarian toppings is the best deal for 3 to 4 people. When the shop isn’t too busy, the owner enjoys experimenting with new dishes for us, which is great!"

"I live right up the street from this location and have ordered very, very frequently over the last 3 years. Tonight I’m dealing with a 4 year old with the flu.. I asked if they could deliver just the cheesy bread to me as I’m less than a block up the road… he couldn’t but when I placed a pickup order he made sure to take care of me because of the system not allowing me to place a Togo under so much . I love you all. I’ve have a stressful week with a sick kiddo and you’ve made it so much better even if just for this one night."

"Well let’s just say. I’LL PASS. the wings were good but the fries were raw even though I asked for extra crispy. No catchup even though I asked for extra 1 small dipping ranch for 15 wings. When I called to inform them he simply over talked me and told me I just couldn’t find the catchup. He was rude and wouldn’t listen and couldn’t care less that our order was wrong on several levels"

"Today, I ordered a well drink, Poppin' Pink Lemonade, but it came out orange. I pointed it out to the lady at the deli and showed her the cup. She checked and confirmed it was from the right box. However, I was taken aback because pink lemonade should be pink, and this looked and tasted like Orange Hi-C. After examining it again, she insisted it wasn’t the right box according to the well sticker. I can only imagine that someone mistakenly ran the orange Hi-C line and mixed it up with the pink lemonade without realizing it. I don’t think she was trying to deceive me; I just really wanted that Poppin' Pink Lemonade! Despite this mix-up, I recommend this place and will definitely return, especially since it’s right next to my favorite Mexican shop."

"I want to give a huge shout-out to the staff at Primo, especially the young lady who helped me last Thursday night. She was incredibly kind and allowed me to charge my dead cell phone after I got locked out of my house. It had been a long day at work, and things were not going well when I found myself without a phone to call for help. When my own charger didn’t work, she plugged in her charger to my phone and gave it enough power for me to call a friend to bring me my spare keys. Thank you so much; you know who you are! On top of that, I enjoyed two huge slices of pizza for just $8—what a great deal! The food is excellent, and the staff is the best in the Bay Area. Make this place a regular stop; you won’t regret it. Thanks again for all your help!"
