"I haven't had a great experience with this place lately. I used to love getting pizza at Libretto's but the last few visits have been disappointing. One time there was an employee that was off and then while I was already being checked out by another employee, this person came to the register and started slapping it? Really weird? They then started mumbling something to me. I have no idea what they were saying but I was very uncomfortable. The second time, they burned my pizza but instead of letting me know via communication as I was standing there waiting for it, I had to point out, like is that MY pizza and then they finally said yes and told me to wait while they made a new one. It was the lack of communication that turned me off. And NO, they were not busy during these times. I don't know, they seem to be sloppy these days."
