"I gave this restaurant two stars because the food is good, but that's where the positives end. The cashier and the cook were both quite rude. The cashier had her AirPods in and couldn't really hear me, which led to a dismissive attitude when I was placing my order. When I asked how long it would take, the cook replied, "10 minutes, other people ordered too." I was really disappointed with the way I was treated today. It's not just about what you say, but how you say it. I've been to this Harold's many times and have never experienced such poor service before. Their phone is always busy too!"
