"The pizza is decent, and I have no complaints about the flavor. However, it's incredibly overpriced! I’ve been purchasing small pizzas from them for $12, but today when I ordered the same thing I always get, I was shocked to find that the pizza was half the size it used to be! They even use new, smaller boxes for the pizza, which suggests that this is the new standard size they’re offering. Yet, the price remains the same at $12! They were already charging too much before, but now it's simply unacceptable. A significant decrease in pizza size with the same high price? This was my last order from Franco's. There are plenty of other options in the area where I can get a good meal without being overcharged like this. I'm not so attached to this place or its pizza that I would tolerate this kind of treatment."
