"I 'm glad my brother thought about this. It 's been years since our last meal here but it was then in the old China Town we knew way back when. They moved here but I feel like they are not the same owner. Just saying.Anyway, this place is very popular and is always busy. We got here just in time for lunch. The menu is still through scanning. Their menu is pretty big but we always tend to order our favorites which, I shared with all of you.One of our top choice and popular is the dry curry. We had the lamb and it was perfectly seasoned as well as consistency. It 's rich but very tasty. It 's buttery delicious! The Hokiem is the noodle dish and is also one of the most ordered dish and favorite of ours. The type of noodle they use is not overbearing or starchy. It 's got this smoky flavor to it and just delicious! Please do try it for yourself. You will want more! The kangkong (the leaves dish) has this nice crunch and saucy with lots of garlic and some sort of oil. It 's savory and just yummy and puts a big smile on my face. The ROTI is my most favorite--bread with curry sauce on the side. So delicious! Omg, I could it this alone all day If I could. You must try. I wish this place was next door to me. I highly recommend this place. They have a huge menu I tell ya. They serve soda pops that give you that nice zing while you it. I always order coca-cola . It is refreshing and I seem to enjoy my meal every time I have this with my meal. This is well located in the city of Redmond. There are plenty space to park. It is well lit and super clean too! It 's a nice drive from Edmonds and completely satisfying. Go get you your Malay on! It 's delicious! I promise!"

"Upon entering, we were greeted by a sign indicating we needed to pre-pay, but the hostess informed us we could pay after our meal. One highlight of our visit was the great customer service; the hostess was very friendly in seating us, and our waitress was quick to refill our drinks. However, the first thing we noticed was how warm it was inside. By the time we left, my girlfriend and I were sweating, and my son's cheeks were flushed from simply sitting there and eating. There seemed to be no air conditioning operating. Now, onto the food. This is a buffet, so if you're expecting a sit-down ordering experience, you will be disappointed. The selection was quite lacking, with only two short buffet lines for main courses. About 40% of the dishes were some sort of chicken, another 40% consisted of bread or rice, and the remaining 20% was typical American food for kids. While the variety left much to be desired, most of the food was hot and appeared fresh. On the downside, some dishes were dried out, seemed to have been sitting there too long, or were greasy. The food that was fresh tasted acceptable—not extraordinary, but at least we left feeling full. For two adults and one 5-year-old, the bill came to $32, which felt overpriced for the overall experience. In conclusion, when we finished our meal, we exchanged a look that clearly said this was a one-time visit. We won't be coming back. Proceed at your own risk. That's all I have to say."
