"The cashier seemed to suspect I was a thief when I approached the counter. I handed her my card, and she questioned, "Are you sure this is yours?" Not only did she imply that I might be a thief, but she also judged me as a customer. After I presented my ID and she confirmed it was mine, I resolved never to shop there again. I don’t recommend this store! Her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The question she asked was inappropriate; this is not Colombia! This is NYC, where people expect to be treated with respect."
