"New chef is great! Before the new chef, although they had good selection of wines, the food was average at best. The portions are not big, but extremely delicious. We haven't got a better cheese plate even in Paris! Bruschettas were also great, truly European standard. Spindles has a great potential to become a cool wine bar with European feel if they can update the décor a bit since the food and wine is really up to European standard now, might be even better (Me and my husband travelled a lot in Europe). If the owner could change the interior décor (which feels dark and outdated now), the place can easily go the next level. All plates we tried were delicious but I can especially recommend Malbec wine together with cheese plate and bruschetta for a little taste of Europe."
