"Placed a pick up order and the guy on the phone was extremely nice. Sandwich combos seemed a bit pricey initially, but the servings were huge and justified the price. Sandwiches were stacked high with meat. Fries tasted great, coleslaw was creamy. Cheesecake slice was decently cheap, so I expected a small slice but it easily provided a decent slice for two people, plus was easily the highlight of the meal and a reason to come back for that alone. Update: visited 1/2/24 in person. We had an issue with the order for the first time and it was a relatively obvious one, so it was pretty disappointing. Reached out via email and the situation was more than rectified. Thank you to Ross and Scott for the customer service!"
