"Heavy on the won’t be returning…. So upset I had high hopes for this place and now I feel real bad about them $16 EVEN. Because I didn’t eat it and no one in my house wanted it!!! Let me say the service was fast… went around 3 pm on a Wednesday. I got the 10 honey garlic lemon pepper wings and that’s a BIGGG NO for me, the okra was bland with no taste at all no seasoning didn’t even taste the OKRA! They give you a lot though… I see why… I really enjoyed the fruit punch lemonade mix drink but that’s not enough to go back… it looked good but wasn’t… it’s must be the waffles and ice cream because…… Nah American deli me please!!!"

"Maria Torres gave very bad customer service and had a very bad attitude from the moment I asked her if there was a to go order for me ready. Not only with her body language as she was waving her hands and telling me the order wasn’t successful placed. At first I thought she just mistakenly had that tone so I reviewed my order and made the adjustments. After waiting in line I then asked her if it had gone through yet and once again she had the same attitude and unwelcoming demeanor and voice now rolling her eyes and telling me it just came through. I told her never mind I’d rather speak to the manager then she first tells me that he was not in that day and then she in the same breath says that she was the manager. Clearly that was a lie bc a manager wouldn’t have treated me that way. When I asked how I could file a complaint she told me there wasn’t a way."
