"Visited from Florida and was lucky to be brought to this restaurant. Very cozy place love the friendliness of the waitress she was soo nice and attentive. She even recommended the best fries I've had in my life. The sweet potato fries were cooked to perfection crispy savory and served with a homemade butter on the side that was the perfect combination. During my trip to Pennsylvania, I visited high-end restaurants in Pittsburgh, and let me tell you, out of all restaurans visited, this was my favorite and most memorable. Service was way better than at the grand concourse by 10000x. Kid-friendliness: High chair and coloring book provided as soon as we sat down, very nice and compassionate, also not 1 or 3 crayons but a whole tray full of crayons. My little one was entertained with 2 coloring books for a while!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp at entrance"

"A manager who is the current cashier and phone service hung up on me due to my complaint. He never apologized for that or for refusing to giving any hot sauce for the almost $30 wings that was purchased. Not even seasonings were given when asked. My family loves that place and usually purchases for me. They always leave a tip and I do too. My mom pick it up for me with my cash this time, but the extremely long 30 minute wait plus the managers arrogance and claiming his name stating his name is “Eddy,” I realized it’s not safe to go there anymore. There was only arrogance and he shouldn’t hold that position if he can’t handle truth or stress from customers. I’ve never been hung up on before. I could understand if a person was cursing or threatening. However, we were talking about hot sauce and seasoning. He tried to make up excusing for negative actions and stated since I refused to hear him I deserved to be hung up on. Sadly, he ignored me and I told he should have listened to due to being a customer. I’m going to defend myself and not allow him to talk down to me. My mom told me everything was about money. I just got out of the hospital and mom told me to calm down and don’t be shocked by the way I was treated. Honestly, with all that’s going on with him perhaps he was overwhelmed, but shouldn’t take it out on customers. The food is not the issue, but he will make it that way."

"DEFINITELY WITH A VISIT!I stopped by on a Wednesday evening just in time to catch a well attended trivia contest that was lots of fun.I had a flight 1, sampling a total of 6 beers and I was impressed by them all. I made sure to sample very different styles, ranging from a Belgian Guze, to a rye, to an ESB and each beer impressed. The balance was consistent and appropriate for the style (ie the scotch ale was malty, the ESB had good bitterness, etc). Nothing was over the top nothing was over hopped and the ABV levels are all under control. Talking with the staff about this, I was told we want people to enjoy more than 1. Excellent approach!These folks are also trying to support the local community and locally source as much of their malt and hops as possible.If I had to constructively criticize anything it would be two things: 1) the lack of food on the menu, and 2) I think the sourness of the Guze could have been a little more lactic (but I concede it is easy to over do that and end up with something that tastes like a horse blanket)."
