"You need to have a working phone number. I would give one star but I feel bad because I do not know who's at fault- you or Grubhub. I ordered for the first time tonight at 6:38 PM. The estimated delivery time was between 7:35-7:45. At 8 PM I decided to call you because we had heard nothing about the order and it still hadn't arrived. I called the number listed on Grubhub and it sounded like a fax number as rang and ended in a long beep that didn't stop till you hung up. I then googled your page and found the number listed here and it is out of service. With no way to reach you guys and at this point our food being over 40 minutes late I decided to cancel our order. Of course 2 minutes after I cancel the order your driver shows up with our food and I had to unfortunately tell him we cancelled.So:1) something is wrong with the 2 phone numbers you have listed and neither of them work- even the Grubhub support couldn't reach you2) if your delivery times are not what Grubhub estimates (they said for me 30-40 minutes on the website hence the ETA 7:35-7:45) then you need to modify that with them so people do not expect a shorter wait. It would also help to have the drivers reach out to us to tell us they are on their way or something or close by- I went almost 2 hours in silence hence why I cancelled.Good luck, I'm very upset I had to turn away the food I waited 2 hours for, but since I already cancelled the payment I had no choice."

"I have currently been waiting 45 min for chicken wings and I’ve watched the cook as well as the lady at the counter(who said I only work here to take the orders) leave the store. Cook came back and said he was shopping next door. It’s sad because the wings were not even fried fresh which is whats advertised. I also ordered fish which was made in about 7 min but I was expected to just take it cold and hard because the cook felt the need to “get fresh next door.” When will we do better for the people who patronize in the neighborhood that keeps your lights on, rent paid ,and salaries paid for the bad rude customer service we receive. This is not the first time. I gave this a pass 3 times prior thinking it was just those staff members. So obviously when you say you are working to fix these issues the evidence ,based on this experience and others prior is lacking. There are never any managers or owners here. You put these businesses in our neighborhood receive profits but put forth no effort in running the business properly or putting back into the neighborhoods which help you feed your families. The workers don’t care because the owners must not. They would be here or put the right people in place to ensure these issues would have been fixed like the response I read to another review. But when your only in it for the money and we the people continue to except this lack luster behavior and treatment this is the continued result. Imagine how much more you could make with quality workers who cared about the business as much as the owners should. From one business owner to another and I manage and consult for multiple franchises around the city. YOU MUST DO BETTER!"
