"I had originally placed my order for delivery and they told me it was going to be an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 20 minutes for the delivery, I asked if my food was going to sit there and get cold because if so, I would pick it up. They took my order for delivery and then called me when my food was probably already ready and asked me if I wanted to pick it up because the delivery was taking longer than they thought, so I left work and it took me 20 minutes to get there. My bill still had the delivery fee on it so they had to adjust my bill, no big deal, then she graciously offered me a 20% discount for the trouble. Thank you for the discount, but the food was definitely not worth what we were charged, it was cold anyway and my husband said the lasagna was disgusting and he wasn’t sure what kind of meat was actually in it because it didn’t look like ground beef. I also realized after I got home that I did not get my salads so I called and they delivered them to me in less than 10 minutes!! The lady that helped me was very nice but kept calling me “my love” and that got old quickly. I will not be eating here again."
