"I had a frustrating experience at Auntie Anne's. It took about 10 minutes to place my order, even though there was only one person ahead of me, who simply ordered a pretzel and a drink. The staff seemed to ignore her for five minutes. After that, I waited another five minutes just to receive those two items. I wanted an original pretzel, but the unfriendly and slow girl at the counter told me it would take an additional five minutes and suggested the pretzel bites sitting under a heat lamp. Unsurprisingly, they were stale. I won't be returning; next time, I’ll choose Wetzel Pretzel or skip it entirely."
