"I told myself once before that I wouldn't return to this establishment. Another subpar service experience and I am positive to NOT return.When my family and I were initially seated, I noticed a draft was coming from a crack in the wall. We asked to be seated somewhere else. The server politely obliged. However, when I pointed why we wanted to be seated somewhere else, the waiter attempted to not acknowledge what I was saying. My only intention to point it out was to make him aware. In return, he totally was nonchalant and appeared to be insulted by me pointing this out.When he asked did we need more, we communicated that we did. However, when we were ready to order, our waiter engaged in a conversation with others patrons for 5mins (no exaggeration) before I then waved my hand to get his attention. Engaging customers is great. My recommendation is to pan the room to check on your other customers. Or, let the hostess know it's ok to get you, if the patrons are ready. I have to mention, I asked the hostess to get our waiter and she didn't. I was totally baffled.I believe this establishment takes for granted that they're not a lot of restaurants in Burgess. As a result, they can treat ppl how they want. It may not matter to them, but they have lost me and family as customers."
