"I ordered a pizza and breadsticks, specifically requesting no mushrooms due to an allergy. Despite this, my pizza was full of mushrooms. When I called to address the issue, the woman who answered didn’t respond at all. I wasn’t rude or upset, so I’m not sure why she was so unresponsive. I even had to ask if she was there, and she just replied yes. There was no apology or offer to replace the pizza with something safe for me to eat. Becca, in particular, was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken with."
