"I placed an order for lunch at 3:50, giving 25-30 minutes for it to be ready before I went to lunch at 4:30. I received a text message at 4:17 saying that my order was ready. At 4:54 the order is still NOT ready and I had to spend my lunch waiting for them to make my order; not having a chance to even TASTE my lunch because I have to go back to work — which is extremely unfortunate because it smells delicious, and my coworkers always vouch for this restaurant. I don't think I'll ever order from this place again."
