"Veterans Beware! To all fellow veterans looking to celebrate Veteran's Day, please avoid this restaurant at all cost. The website promoted a veterans day special with a limited menu of free entrees to choose from with the purchase of a beverage. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we were informed that this location was only doing a 10-piece wings deal that required you to purchase a 10-piece traditional meal and get a free 10-piece boneless. The website never specified this. After placing our order and waiting 30 minutes we checked with the waitress on the status of our order, and she said she would get back to us. Even though it was veteran's day, this location was not packed and we never even had to wait to be seated. 45 minutes in our waitress comes back to tell us that they forgot about our order and were working on it now. Finally after an hour of waiting, we received our wings. Both orders were completely wrong but after wait so long and being clocked out of work, we didnt have time to have our orders fixed. My traditional wings we're gross and soggy after being served to me swimming in a pool of oil! I will never go back to another Hooters establishment regardless if the food is free or not! There are many other restaurants doing veteran day special with better food and service, this place horrible!"

"I came here for lunch with my wife and the food was great. They had some specials on the menu but I just got items off the regular menu. The place is big with a lot of TV’s for sports games. The waitress Jade was attentive and the food did come out super fast. There was a military discount on Monday’s only so I got lucky on that. It’s paid parking but they validate so it gives you a discount. The only thing I didn’t like was the music. It was way too loud and outdated from the 80’s. "

"It had been a while since I last visited a Hooters, and I was pleased to find that they still serve some fantastic wings. I recommend ordering them hot, as the medium or mild options just don't hit the spot anymore. The service was outstanding; our waitress even let us know about a great deal if we waited until 3:00 PM for happy hour, which offered half-price Hooterizers. The atmosphere was family-friendly and quite comfortable. Don't miss out on trying the fried pickles; they were surprisingly delicious with that unique combination of sour and fried, especially when paired with the dipping sauce. Overall, it was a great experience. While they have a variety of burgers and appetizers on the menu, I believe I'll be returning for the wings and the excellent service."

"There is just something about these old school restaurants that have all the classic bar food menu items that a family can share. Shrimp, wings, chilli, curly fries, and drink specials. Can ask for anything more when you are watching your favorite sports team. Endless TV's. Service was good and they are hustling like crazy. Very polite and always asking what else you need. I find this establishment exceeded most of the other wing locations."

"After a long day with me and Hubby being out with the kids looking for furniture, we smelled the delicious wings and saw the restaurant near Ashley's Furniture and decided to stop and eat dinner here before going home. Our waitress was Mia and she was very nice and helpful while I determined drinks for the kids and myself. Also patient with me being undecided on getting the Buffalo shrimp appetizer versus the Buffalo shrimp wrap. I decided to try the wrap. My oldest got barbecue chicken windshield, my middle child got the sliders, my youngest who is a picky eater ate curly fries and onion rings because he didn't want any chicken. My Hubby got the jacked mild wings. As soon as I got my food, my middle child needed to go to the restroom, so I only got to take a pic. The bathroom had a small line so I came back out and then weren't back when I saw the line may increase. We waited since unfortunately there was only 2 stalls for a women's bathroom that is used for patrons and the waitresses. They should really look into getting more stalls for the level of people who frequent there. When I finally got back to the table and took my first bite into my wrap I then realized it was chicken and not shrimp. Mia was very apologetic as she realized she had put the order in incorrectly and worked to resolve it. While I waited, I had plenty to snack on, such as the curly fries and my husband's chicken wings since he got really full. Overall it was great to get out with the kids and we enjoyed having the TVs to watch the different basketball and football games playing. The last time I had Hooters was when we ordered delivery during the start of the pandemic which is where I started loving the Buffalo shrimp."

"I ordered the 20-piece Buffalo Shrimp, and while the shrimp were well-seasoned and delicious, they were a bit small and could have been fried a little harder. I would definitely consider ordering them again. However, I don't understand why there's an extra charge for blue cheese when ordering a protein entree. I think an entree should come with celery and a dipping sauce included. Just my two cents!"

"I’ve been in Miami a little over a month for a business trip and for the past week I’ve been eating Hooters consistently. There is one server in particular who I go and see because she is just fantastic. Jada has a personality like no other, it’s really hard not to like her. She recommends the best drinks and menu items and I only say that because the servers I’ve had at this location don’t really know the menu. But she does! None the less she is absolutely amazing. I’ll be. Flying out today, I never got a chance to truly thank her for great services and everything else she has done for me. Please let her know ."

"I frequent this place probably won’t ever place another here. I placed an order online as usual. I get to the restaurant, Samantha the MOD is checking me out, goes out of her way to say everything was in the bag. I get home and everything is not in fact in the bag. Didn’t receive sauce for the shrimp I ordered and also missing the fries from meal. I called about 6 times trying to get directly to the store. Line rings twice and then a busy tone every time. I then pick the place an order by phone option and it directs me to a lady who offers to transfer me. She was less than helpful. I go on hold and she comes back on the line and says it’s ringing twice and busy tone and then suggests to me to wait to call back. Me trying to get a resolution before my food is cold (too late now) I said well how long should I wait. She then suggests me to continue to call, even tho we both have heard the double ring busy tone. Super trash. Just gonna dispute with Navy Fed."
