"This place sucks their menu is not the same that it is online. Ordered 2 Cheff salad supposed to come with ham turkey croutons it came with just lettuce and cheese. When I called up they want me to bring it back so that they can remake it? Why couldn’t y’all make it right the first time why do I have to drive back out there? I don’t recommend this place at all and of course you can’t talk to the owner because he’s out of town service sucks here they have really gone down hill since their old building burned down years ago. It’s not the same at all. Also watch your payment with them $65.00 for 2 Cheff salad a burger and a blt with fry’s??? Should be $40-45."

"Came by after Bible study for some wings b/c we were starving I wasn't cooking I use to come to this location years ago when my office was on this side of town so it's been a few years since I've been here back then it was my favorite wing spot but I'm not sure what's going on now maybe new management but my complaint is more about the sauce I got a 10 piece combo with hot sweet sour mild wings the mild wings were ok very dry no sauce the others were worse the sauce was thick like hot ketchup I did not like that! And my suicide drink taste like one of the juices may have been going bad nevertheless I wasn't pleased probably won't be back"

"The food was great. The customer service was a 5 out of 10 at best. I called the order in was told it would be 20 minutes before ready. I get there 25 minutes later and that's when they decided to cook my order. So another 25 minutes go by before my order was ready. As I'm waiting others are coming in with the same complaint of already called in order and still waiting for them to cook the orders. Just tell people the truth, cooked as it is paid for that's all you have to do. Simple customer service is EVERYTHING!!! Probably be my last trip here"

"Ordered two orders of celery and they only gave me one ranch when I asked for another asian guy at the front said only one comes with it? If I ordered two orders of celery how do the customer only get one condiment. Make it make sense. My last time coming here for sure. Customer service horrible. Support other good businesses instead who value their customers this is not one of them. They sure did made sure they charged me for an additional order of celery but I couldn’t get an additional ranch. Look at the owners response not only to my review but to others as well. "My family and I ate here tonight for the first time and the food was absolutely amazing. We had the best customer service and the prices was very reasonabe. The philly cheese steak was one of the best I have ever had and the wings were perfect. I will definitely be coming back here. Not to mention the variety of food options. "my family placed an order with COME TO GO. I also ordered but separate. I placed an order for a small 10 piece flat chicken wing meal only. On the menu at the top states 1.00 more for all flats which I did not mind. The girl taking the order stated for small order of wings they don't have all flats, only medium size. Now that is 2 more plus 1 for all flats. I said fine. So we picked the order up. When we got home. I looked at my wings and they looked small. So I compared mine with my family.IT WAS THE SAME SIZE AS SMALL. They had 3 10 piece chicken meals small. So they each got 5 flats and 5 drums. Mine looked just like theirs but mine cost me 3 more. So I called them and spoke with the same girl. I explained my family ordered 3 small meals and they had flats in them also, so obviously you have small flats. She said she was told by management not to give all flats on small chicken wings because they have to many drums. Now that is not my problem they are a restaurant and should keep up with demand. I would not have been so upset with my order if it would have been the right size In which I paid 3 more for. In return I ended up paying more for the flats because they don't have enough. She told me to call make and speak to the owner. I feel I was taken advantage of. BEWARE OF YOUR ORDER MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT. They will rip you off not careful. I quess they need that extra to buy more small flat wings and sell them for medium. Shame on them.cheryl W"

"I just left the restaurant and felt compelled to write a review immediately. I definitely do not recommend this place. The cashier was incredibly rude! He openly admitted that he was upset about having to work that day, which he claimed was the reason for his unpleasant behavior. I told him that it wasn't fair to treat customers poorly because he was having a bad day, and he just laughed it off… unbelievable! He also huffed and rolled his eyes at nearly everything I said. "There were way too many fries! I might even say the wings were overcooked, and they separate the fries. Some people might enjoy these choices, so take my review with a grain of salt. They also charge extra for sauce (like buffalo sauce on the side). The place is relatively clean, and the customer service is quite good. "Do not come to this place if you care about your health. I never leave reviews for place but this place was so bad I have to. I ordered 10 pc chicken wing and order of house fried rice and left a tip. 23$ altogether. The chicken in the house was so spoiled and tasted so old I almost puked. I told the woman at the register about it and she would not give money back or substitute. Instead proceeded to argue with me about how fresh their chicken is and this and that. Which is absolutely crazy. I left it on the table and left. Do not come here unless you want to pay for salmonella."
