"Unfortunately seems this place is struggling. Came in for Monday for family night 5:27 and didn't get a server till 5:53 then it took till 6:30 to get food, and the food was incorrect. The new waitress was trying as was the person training her, but no apologies or anything offered other than removing the incorrect food. 4 tables we saw also waited as long if not longer. 1 table asked to change to a to-go order. Long line of people as we left. All staff seemed to do one thing and couldn't multi-task. Left very frustrated and disappointed. Id avoid for a bit till they get it fixed. Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly as they won't bring out food early or quickly. Had a few melt downs due to slow service."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how good this place is! As a picky eater when it comes to wings, I was expecting them to be soggy based on the photos, but they turned out to have the perfect texture! The fries were incredible—so delicious! The flavors were outstanding! Our server, Brandon, recommended a BBQ sauce that I can't remember the name of, but I'm so glad I took his suggestion; it was fantastic! Given that the restaurant has a 3.9-star rating, I anticipated the food would be mediocre, but I was wrong. I’ve found my new favorite spot!"

"First time here- prolly last. Busy night so took this into account. Ordered drinks blue raspberry lemonade and a blueberry lemonade. Server brings out 2 blue raspberries. We mention the error. She begins to explain how they are “pretty much the same thing”, huffs and says she will get the other later (she does). The boneless wings were as tender as wild turkey meat. Wife gave up after 1 nugget. My fish platter, the fish was tasty. Don’t be fooled by the “fresh cut” fries although they are technically fresh cut, somewhere in a factory before they were frozen, bagged, warehoused, hauled and eventually fried on location.with enough salt and ketchup they were tasty. The lighting was really bright and because it was pretty busy it was loud like a cafeteria. Maybe better in a few months after they get it settled if they can survive. "I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Our server was awesome his name was Mike, and he did a fantastic job. we had never been there before, and we weren't sure what to expect. Needless to say, we had a few questions, and he was very helpful and informative. Our food was hot and fresh and it was absolutely delicious. I also got a Long Island ice tea it was perfect. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, awesome service, and great food, you should definitely give this place a try. I'll definitely be back."

"I enjoyed the wings and fried pickles. The Saratoga chips were ok but I could have passed on them. The celery that came with the wings was kind of soft and slimey, that was a little disappointing. The ladies and the service were very nice and on point. The only problem I had, or the only real complaint I can give, is them charging 50 cents extra for ranch. Foods that come with ranch or any dip should not be charged extra when you have large amounts of that item. All in all I definitely recommend this restaurant, they had lots of sports on, great music,and games for little ones to keep them entertained."

"The food was excellent. The sandwich was generously filled with meat and not dry at all. The sweet and spicy wings, whose name I unfortunately forgot, were delicious, although they were a bit too spicy for me. My only issue was with the service. A sign of a great and well-trained waiter is that you should never have to wait for a refill. I ended up having to share my sister's drink because it took so long to get mine refilled."

"I'm quite conflicted about this review. The food we had was absolutely fantastic, but it arrived at room temperature, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while before being served. I can only imagine how much better it would have been if it were fresh. Our server seemed unsure about the menu and checked on us just once during the meal. I ended up having to track her down to ask for the check and a to-go box. On the positive side, I can say that their food travels well since ours had to wait before we could enjoy it. I'd be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and return, hoping for an improved experience. As I mentioned, everything was so delicious, and with better service, this place would surely earn a solid five stars from me."

"This was a backup plan because the Mexican restaurant across the street was packed on a Friday night. Popped in here for a bite. Fairly empty so I was seated right away. Daniel was my server. I ordered a tea and it came out quick. Got the black and blue burger. It came out fairly quick but that's the end of the good. Burger was over cooked and the grease made it so soggy that the buns melted away. Daniel brought another top but that's where all the blue cheese was. Burger was way over cooked.had 7 small potato wedges . As I finished my burger I waited for Daniel to return. Waited waited and waited some more. I had every intention of ordering desert but after 35 minutes and a empty glass I decided I better get going since I have a early flight in the morning. When I finally got my check Daniel just seemed annoyed when I mentioned being done with everything for more than 30 minutes. I definitely understand why everyone is across the street now."

"This place is def being slept on! 10 boneless and fries for 10 dollars it can't be beat! If you like Wingstop or BDuBz don't go here... "Hadn’t eaten here in a while so I decided to do an online order. Their system said my wait would be about 30 minutes for pickup. Once I arrived the staff was behind so I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my Butler Box. Young ladies at the counter were super rude when I asked for my ranch (which I ordered). Food was terrible! Wings weren’t crispy, and fries were soggy! They really need to go back to the old version of garlic parmesan instead of using the cheap grated cheese for spaghetti. And also train their teenage staff to have better mannerism when working with the public."

"I wouldn’t even give this place one star. We ordered from Wing Boss for the first time today. First, when I called to order from the online menu, the first person I spoke to clearly didn’t know the menu. Then they transferred me to someone else who kept offering me items that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Our fries were soggy and the chicken was undercooked. I asked for ranch dip with my BBQ wings but they gave me BBQ sauce instead. We were told the order would take 15 minutes, but it took 45. My husband went inside to pick up the order, and it wasn’t busy at all, yet the young guy working seemed completely out of it and messed up our order. I will be calling in the morning to demand a full refund."
