"If I could rate this place with half a star, I certainly would. My family and I order from here fairly often, and they constantly get our orders wrong. This time, we requested a seared tuna bowl, but it arrived without any dressing. When I called to ask for the dressing to be sent, Isabella, the shift leader, seemed completely unprepared to assist me. She suggested that I pick it up myself, which was not feasible since we live about 20 minutes away. She also proposed giving us a credit as a solution. The service was terrible, and the prices are too steep for what you receive. Isabella was particularly unhelpful, putting me on hold four times because she didn’t know how to address the issue. I strongly recommend against ordering from here due to the subpar service."
