"We had two servers at our table: a younger lady who was excellent and an older lady who was quite disrespectful. The young server did a wonderful job and we had no issues with her, but the older server consistently gave us attitude. Whenever we ordered more items, she would bring fewer each time. She ignored us on multiple occasions and rushed us in various ways, including bringing our check right after we requested a second order of fatty beef. At one point, she rudely asked, "You still aren't done?"
To make matters worse, the elderly server and the front desk staff (which included the manager) openly spoke poorly about us within earshot. They were loud enough that others in the restaurant could hear, but most patrons likely didn’t understand since they were speaking in Mandarin. Throughout their disrespectful comments, both the front desk staff and the older server continued to glare at us.
The younger server was fantastic and provided excellent service, fulfilling our requests without any snide remarks like the older server. However, we suspect that the older server and the front-of-house staff instructed the younger server to stop attending to us, as we barely saw her at our table after a while. The food also began to take longer, and portion sizes kept shrinking. Our first order of corn had six pieces, the second order took longer and came with four, and our third order took over ten minutes and only had three.
Overall, while the food was okay, the service ranks among the worst I’ve encountered in a long time."
