"Had ordered today the four piece box. Got charged 6 dollar more than(for a total of 14.99 for a four piece suddenly)... forgot the buns and the fries....with this order we also got the 5 piece tenders combo with fries and a soda...also was charged 14.99and.once again no fries. The tenders were microscopic. No dipping sauce. Yet they remember a handfulof ketchup...for my twoorders of missing fries and buns and soda. They didn't forget to.double charge us though. Was a weekly customer. No longer."

"The guy who works in the front desk. Has a bad attitude and asks for extra cash if you ask for thigh or chicken breast.This guy has tremendous bad behavior. Two years, we buy from the same location. Other guys who work at night is really good. The Bengali guy he is very humble who works at night. But the one who stays in the morning. Asked us to pay couple of extra. When we often leave a tip even if we do takeout!! Only because of the great owner we always visited there for 2 years now.But after the way he behaved , from today onwards we will stop going to this place.This guy needs to be fired for his bad behavior with customers. I wish I remembered his name. Please avoid going to this place in the morning.You will not be happy with their service and behavior!!!The owner should know how he behaves with customers!That is why I am posting this review."
