"I was in need of a pho fix and this restaurant definitely satisfied my craving. The flavor was fantastic and the dish was well executed. Even my wife, who has celiac disease, enjoyed her meal. The staff were very accommodating and quick to assist with her dietary restrictions. Overall, the service, food quality, and atmosphere all received top ratings. "I loved it. If you go, allow time for service experience. I loved he Pho ga which is the chicken soup. I did try the spring roll with chicken. I will stick to traditional next time. The jasmine tea was lovely-loose tea and the pot was lovely. The plate of basil cilantro, sprouts, jalapeños a lemon instead of lime. It was clean and they had the door open for nice ventilation. I liked the atmosphere authenticity. Be patient allow the experience to unfold naturally! Yum ?"

"I've ordered and eaten here a handful of times and each time is just progressively worse which tracks with the steady reduction in star rating over the last 3-4yrs. This most recent time, I ordered pickup and my order took over an hour to be ready (approximately 30mims past the time promised). There I sat swatting flies in a hot diner with no A/C while my ice cream melted in the car. The staff intentionally ignore any remarks regarding the status of your order and refuse to make anything right. To boot, the food is lackluster at best. It's what you'd expect for Pho at the prices they list, but it's certainly not worth an hour wait. I have given this place so many chances, but I'm finally done. Here's hoping they close and something better takes the very valuable real estate."
