"I ordered chicken fried rice and wings. When I walked arrived at home (should have looked before) and open the bag, I smelled a burnt smell. I opened the chicken fried rice and it was burnt. I called to express my frustration and the guy wouldn't even let me finish my sentence before talking over me to say “well do you want your money back or to make a new one”.
